If you plan on driving anywhere else, you must obtain insurance.
Canada: If you plan on driving into Canada, your insurance is good, but need a specialized insurance card. You need to get in touch with your insurance agent to obtain a Canadian Non-Resident Insurance Card. Not having this can cause problems since Canada doesn’t recognize the US insurance cards.
Mexico: You need to get in contact with your agent to get Mexican Auto Insurance.
